Project Details

Dolores is inspired by Mexican architects such as Legorreta and Barragan and intends to highlight the rich Latino/a/e/x culture prevalent in Hillsboro and greater Washington County. This affordable housing complex includes a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments within the 3-story building.

Thanks to a partnership with New Narrative, 10 units are reserved for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness into stable housing.
