Our Affordable Housing Portfolio
We have developed over 350 units of affordable, dignified and environmentally-friendly housing. The bulk of our housing is in northeast Portland's Cully neighborhood. Our first farmworker housing development opened in Molalla, Oregon in October 2007.
Our Resident Community
Hacienda has a community of 1,800 residents. Roughly 85% are Latino; 10% Somali; and 5% other. Residents earn between 30 to 60 percent of Area Median Income: $20,070 to $40,140 for a family of four. More than half of our residents are children.
Our Upcoming Projects
Miraflores, scheduled for completion in June 2009, is a 32-unit project, comprised of three buildings tucked into a quiet corner lot in the Portsmouth neighborhood of North Portland. A wide greenbelt borders the property to the west which includes a city maintained bike and pedestrian trail.
