Hacienda’s Default Intervention Program provides support to homeowners at risk of foreclosure. Our certified housing counselors work with those struggling financially to identify and explore all available options based on their specific situations.

Financing for first-time homebuyers

Hacienda Community Lending

Our CASA20 loan program helps people achieve the dream of homeownership by removing common upfront barriers; the need to make a large down payment and to purchase costly private mortgage insurance. The program is available to existing and qualified Hacienda CDC clients and pairs our homeownership education and counseling with 100% financing for eligible first-time homebuyers in Oregon.
