Community Economic Development
Who we are:
We believe entrepreneurship empowers immigrants and their families through growth in assets, income and a sense of achievement.

We serve low income microentrepreneurs at any stage of business development - from a viable idea to an established entity. The majority of our clients are Latinos from the Portland Metro Area and from underserved communities.
