Developing quality, affordable housing is at the core of Hacienda CDC’s mission. With a portfolio of 350 units and growing, Hacienda-built developments incorporate innovative green building and energy-efficient designs not traditionally found in affordable rental housing.
Camino a Casa - Our Homeownership Initiative
Hacienda’s “Camino a Casa” program provides affordable homeownership opportunities to minority first-time homebuyers. Selected participants will be required to attend home buyer education classes, and work with a bilingual coach throughout the buying process. Hacienda will keep a short list of established and reputable lenders for this program.
