Our Affordable Rental Housing Portfolio
We have developed over 400 units of affordable, dignified and environmentally-friendly housing. The bulk of our housing is in northeast Portland's Cully neighborhood. Our first farmworker housing development opened in Molalla, Oregon in October 2007. Miraflores, our newest site, opened in North Portland in June 2009.

Our Resident Community
Hacienda has a community of approximately 2,000 residents. Roughly 60% are Latino; 20% Somali/African American; and 20% other. Residents typically earn between 30 to 60 percent of Area Median Income: $21,000 to $42,000 for a family of four in 2009. More than half of our residents are children.
