Entrepreneurial residents are coached and mentored to become successful vendors of prepared foods in Portland-area farmer's markets. Vendors are trained on developing business skills in management, finance, marketing, securing licenses and learning compliance issues with local governments.

 

Vendors are all women residents from different regions of Mexico. Each lives at or below the 60% level of Median Family Income for the Area.
