Clara Vista Town Homes
Clara Vista Town Homes was originally part of Villa de Clara Vista. Forty-five units were demolished in 2004 and were replaced with 44 new three-and four-bedroom units. These units serve large families earning between 30 percent and 60 percent of Area Median Income (AMI).
