Time is getting closer to the start of construction for our newest project located on Newell Avenue in North Portland. Consisting of 32 multifamily units, Miraflores will include a playground area for kids, a community room including a full kitchen, access to a 40-mile bike/pedestrian path and a central courtyard for residents to interact and create a sense of community.

 

Street improvements at the entrance to the property are designed for easy access to the busline on Lombard Street and increased safety for the neighborhood. The project will feature new sustainable design and construction techniques to protect our environment and reduce utility costs for our residents.
